Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the original condition with all tags attached.

​

  • Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return

Contact Us:  Email us at  info@dassldenim.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

Receive Return Authorization:  Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return authorization number and further instructions.

​

Package Your Return:  Securely package the items you wish to return, including the return authorization number inside the package.

​

Ship Your Return: Send the package to the address provided in the return authorization email. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

 

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part.

  • We do not accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in return transit.

Refunds

 

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Exchanges
