  • How do you source the clothing, fabrics and accessories you upcycle?
    Dassl Denim reduces textile waste by hunting through thrift shops and collects donations. Not everything can be recycled, but we try! Threads need to be brought and the occasional extra trimming or technical piece.
  • How are the Fabrics cleaned and cared for?
    All items are washed with disinfecting detergent at as high temperatures as the material allows. Items are examined for any defects and for areas in need of removal for hygiene purposes.
  • Can I return my jacket if it doesn't fit?
    Of course! Each peice has so much love and care go into it that if it's not quite right, I'd love it back, then somone else can enjoy it and you can find the perfect peice for you! Exchanges/returns are accepted if they are unused and in the same condition as sold condition within 20 days of your purchase arriving. Please email and you'll receive a reply with the return address. The costs of the return postage must be covered by you. It is recommend to use a tracked postal service as you are responsible for the item until it arrives back as we are unable to return missing items. Once the return parcel is received, your refund will be processed, minus the postage cost.

    All international orders may be subject to additional duties, taxes and other customs fees based on the destination country's taxes. These duties and taxes are collected at the door. We have no control over these and are not responsible for these additional fees.
